Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (USA): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (USA): 2–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs processing.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by their country. These charges are not included in your order total.
